Welcome entrepreneurs! I’m so glad you’re here.

We’ve reached my favorite time of year. The weeks between Thanksgiving and New Years, during which the entire world seems to slow down, and everyone seems to become just a bit more reflective.

This reflective energy is important, at least once per year. I work with entrepreneurs every day who have sprinted their entire lives, only to find themselves running at top speed in a direction they don’t believe in. Winning the wrong race. Or burning out in the process.

Conscious reflection is what ensures the millions of actions we take every day are aligned with the life we want to live. Conscious reflection is what transforms our experiences into wisdom, creating the building blocks for a well-constructed next chapter. Without it, we’ve lived, but we haven’t learned.
