2020 Annual Reflection framework

Welcome, Entrepreneurs. I’m so glad you’re here.

Such a fun week this week, as I got to make a project that I’m excited (and scared) to show you.

I’ve always found this time of year incredibly reflective. 2020 was a crazy year, but a year that I’m committed to learning from. Not only that, I think of all the years I’ve been alive, 2020 may have the most to teach us.

That in mind, working in collaboration with Carl Bacciellieri of Being Centered, I’ve put together a structured deep dive to help leaders integrate their learnings from 2020, and set the stage for an amazing 2021.

As you say goodbye to the the person you were in 2020, and welcome the frontier question that is 2021, I invite you to use the framework below to support you in making your time spent in reflection as fruitful as possible.

Executive Coaching for Entrepreneurs

There’s a reason every elite athlete in the world works with a coach. You need more than one perspective to see your best work.

I’m an executive coach and the founder of Inside-Out Leadership, a boutique leadership development agency supporting founders to rapidly scale themselves as leaders, so they can thrive professionally and personally as their company changes the world. Leveraging 15-years as a founder/CEO and a decade of meditation & mindfulness training, I have helped leaders from companies across the world, funded by some of the world’s top venture funds, to design a more conscious life and make key changes to improve their performance and satisfaction. I coach entrepreneurs how I want to be coached:

  • Focused on the person, not the role.

  • Focused on results, without the fluff.
