Overview of the Position
The Entrepreneur in Residence will play a crucial role in helping to build Inside-Out Leadership. Working closely with the Founder/CEO (a serial founder who scaled and exited a market leading sports company), the Entrepreneur in Residence will help discover and systematize the company’s go to market activities, and help build and execute the processes that support I-O’s growth. They will take a leadership role in social media and marketing activities, leveraging the latest AI tools. They will create compelling content in a variety of forms, from Notion templates, to courses, to video content. And they will support the Founder/CEO in other administrative and operational tasks as assigned to help grow the company. This role is an opportunity to develop skills critical to starting your own company, and the Founder/CEO will work closely with the Entrepreneur in Residence to ensure their growth and development toward that end.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with coaches and team members to develop social posts on LInkedIn & X/Twitter, translating dictated ideas and articles into social content.
Utilize AI tools to enhance and streamline content creation when applicable.
Maintain a consistent posting schedule and manage the content calendar.
Monitor engagement metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly.
Translate long form writing into webinars, courses, and other marketing tools.
Follow up with contacts and maintain an organized system of communication, through email, social media comments, slack, etc.
Help maintain and update CRM systems with contact info and interaction history.
Other duties as assigned by the CEO.
Requirements
Highly skilled writer and editor. Good thinkers are good writers.
Ambitious and humble. Wants to build a truly amazing career, but is willing to wash metaphorical dishes to get there.
Self motivated. Will get the job done independently, asking for support or help as needed.
Responsible. Owns outcomes, and does whatever it takes to make progress despite uncertain environments.
Social media whiz.
Capable and comfortable working with highly influential people. We are all former CEOs, as are our clients.
Ability to pick up and leverage new technologies quickly.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. You’ll be juggling a lot.
Desired Qualifications
A strong desire to start a company, or become a coach.
Experience with meditation or mindfulness. And/or demonstrated experience with self-development (bonus if you have stories of overcoming long odds by developing yourself).
Demonstrated track record of growing social influence online.
Background in marketing, particularly digital marketing.
Background in leveraging AI tools.
Background or strength in math, and/or writing.
